Terms and conditions for using CashAlert.
Last updated: June 18, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CashAlert mobile application and website operated by Bhaktilok Apps Marketplaces LLP ("CashAlert", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using CashAlert, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use CashAlert. By using the app, you represent that you meet these requirements.
CashAlert provides voice payment alerts, transaction tracking, collection reports, and related business tools by detecting payment notifications from supported UPI and payment applications. Service availability may vary based on device, payment app, and permissions granted.
You must provide accurate information during registration, including a valid mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.
CashAlert requires certain device permissions — including notification access and SMS access — to function. You may revoke permissions at any time through your device settings, but some features may stop working as a result.
CashAlert offers paid subscription plans, including a one-day trial and a premium subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan details are displayed in the app and on our Pricing page. Payments are processed through authorized payment partners. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges as described in your selected plan.
After your trial period ends, your selected subscription plan may renew automatically through AutoPay unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel AutoPay through the app or your payment provider.
You agree not to:
All content, branding, software, and materials in CashAlert are owned by Bhaktilok Apps Marketplaces LLP or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
CashAlert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for reliable alerts, we do not guarantee that every payment notification will be detected or announced, as this depends on third-party payment apps, device settings, and network conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashAlert and Bhaktilok Apps Marketplaces LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed payments or business losses.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using CashAlert and cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases, subject to applicable refund policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of CashAlert after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
