CashAlert ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Bhaktilok Apps Marketplaces LLP. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the CashAlert mobile application and website.

Information We Collect

When you use CashAlert, we may collect:

• Account information — mobile number, name, and profile details you provide during signup.
• Payment alert data — transaction amounts, timestamps, payment methods, and payer names detected from supported payment notifications and payment-related SMS messages.
• Device information — device model, operating system version, and app version to ensure compatibility and reliability.
• Usage data — app settings such as preferred alert language and notification preferences.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide instant voice payment alerts and transaction tracking.
• Authenticate your account and maintain your profile.
• Generate collection reports and transaction history.
• Improve app performance, reliability, and language support.
• Respond to support requests and communicate service updates.

Notification Access

CashAlert requires notification access to detect payment alerts from supported UPI and payment apps. We process notification content solely to announce payments and record transactions. We do not read unrelated notifications for advertising purposes.

SMS Access

CashAlert may access SMS messages on your device to detect payment confirmations from banks and UPI services, and to help auto-fill your login verification code during sign-in. We process only payment-related and login OTP messages needed to provide CashAlert features. We do not read personal or unrelated SMS for advertising purposes.

Third-Party Services

CashAlert uses trusted third-party services to operate the app, including:

• Supabase — for user authentication, account data, and secure cloud database storage.
• Google Play Services (SMS Retriever API) — to help auto-fill your login OTP when you sign in.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver CashAlert features. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use encrypted connections for data transmission and restrict access to authorized systems only. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only:

• With service providers who help us operate the app (such as Supabase for authentication and cloud storage).
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
• With your consent.

Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time using our Delete User Data page or by emailing support@cashalert.in from your registered mobile number. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days and remove your account, profile, and transaction history from our active systems, except where retention is required by law.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team at support@cashalert.in. You can also manage notification, SMS, and alert settings directly within the app or through your device settings.

Children's Privacy

CashAlert is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated date. Continued use of CashAlert after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
