This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, trials, and subscriptions work for CashAlert, operated by Bhaktilok Apps Marketplaces LLP. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the terms below.

Trial Plan — ₹3 for 1 Day

CashAlert offers a one-day trial for ₹3. The trial gives you full access to all premium features for 24 hours, including instant voice alerts, multiple languages, collection reports, transaction history, and QR management.

The ₹3 trial fee is non-refundable. Once the trial payment is processed, no refund will be issued for the trial amount, regardless of usage during the trial period.

Premium Plan — ₹300 for 3 Months

After your trial, you may continue with the Premium Plan at ₹300 for 3 months. This plan includes uninterrupted voice alerts and access to all premium features for the subscription period.

AutoPay & Automatic Renewal

When you subscribe, you authorize CashAlert to charge your selected payment method through AutoPay. After your trial period ends, your Premium subscription may begin automatically unless you cancel AutoPay before the trial expires.

You will be notified about upcoming charges through the app and/or your payment provider. You can cancel AutoPay at any time before the next renewal to avoid future charges.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription or AutoPay at any time by:

  • Using the subscription management options within the CashAlert app.
  • Contacting our support team at support@cashalert.in.
  • Managing the subscription through your UPI or payment app, where applicable.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within an active subscription period.

Refund Policy

  • Trial (₹3): Non-refundable.
  • Premium subscription (₹300): Generally non-refundable once the subscription period has started. Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate charges or technical billing errors.

To request a refund for a billing error, contact support@cashalert.in within 7 days of the charge with your registered mobile number and transaction details.

No Hidden Charges

All pricing is displayed clearly before payment. There are no hidden fees. You will only be charged the amount shown for your selected plan.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of CashAlert after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
