CashAlert is operated by Bhaktilok Apps Marketplaces LLP. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. This page explains how deletion works and what information is removed.
How to Request Deletion
To delete your CashAlert account and associated data, email us from your registered mobile number or include it clearly in your message:
- Send an email to support@cashalert.in with the subject line "CashAlert Account Deletion Request".
- Include your registered 10-digit mobile number in the email body.
- Our team will verify your request and confirm once deletion is complete.
What Gets Deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we remove the following from our active systems:
- Your account and login credentials
- Profile information (name, phone number, UPI ID, and preferences)
- Transaction history and collection reports stored on our servers
- Subscription and trial records linked to your account
What May Remain
- On your device — locally saved app data (such as QR images or cached settings) remains on your phone until you uninstall the app or clear app data from device settings.
- Legal or billing records — we may retain limited information where required by law, tax regulations, or to resolve billing disputes. Any retained data is kept only as long as legally necessary.
- Backups — deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for a short period before being permanently purged.
Processing Time
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and associated data have been deleted from our active systems.
Before You Delete
- Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
- You will lose access to your transaction history, reports, and subscription benefits.
- If you have an active subscription or AutoPay, cancel it first through the app or your payment provider to avoid future charges.
- Logging out of the app does not delete your data — you must submit a deletion request.
